The Linx SureClean Printhead Cleaner is an automatic wash station that cleans and dries compatible Linx continuous inkjet (CIJ) printheads. Available from Packtronic, it simplifies routine cleaning and helps reduce unplanned stoppages caused by ink build-up.

By automating the cleaning process, SureClean delivers consistent results with less hands-on effort. Operators simply insert the printhead, select a suitable wash cycle and start the cleaning process.

Automatic Washing and Drying

SureClean uses 11 precisely positioned jets to wash critical printhead components. A built-in fan then dries the printhead, preparing it for a return to production.

The enclosed cleaning process removes the need for manual washing and limits operator contact with cleaning fluid. Controlled fluid use also helps reduce waste compared with manual cleaning methods.
